Quality Engineer (Automotive)

£250.00 - £350.00 per day (Umbrella / Ltd Co)

3 Month Contract

South Wales, Carmarthenshire

Monday - Friday - Days (8 - 10hrs per day)

Are you a Quality Engineer from an automotive background? Are you looking for your next immediately available, daily rate contract role with a leading Tier 1 automotive supplier Company with excellent rates of pay on offer?

My client is an international Company that solely specialise within the Automotive sector, who have been established for over 150 years and work with some of the world leading Automotive OEM's throughout Europe, Asia, America and many more.

The successful candidate will be a proven Quality Engineer from an Automotive background who is proficient in TS16949, PPAP, APQP & ISO and will take responsibility to drive performance improvements throughout the organization through application of problem solving processes and proactive quality systems.

On offer here is a great opportunity to work with an International Automotive company on an immediately available, days based contract role with excellent rates of pay.

The Role:

*Participate actively in the requirement to retain ISO/TS16949/ISO14001 certification

*Developing methods to check quality of new products and improve the quality of existing products

*Review daily, weekly & monthly data to identify waste drivers & improve overall quality targets

The Person:

*Experience within an ISO/TS16949 automotive manufacturing environment.

*Wanting an immediately available, days based contract role

*Knowledge and experience of PPAP's, Capability Indices and Control Charts
