MS Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant, £55K + Car Allowance, Homeworking.

A great opportunity has arisen for A Highly Motivated & Driven Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant to join My Clients Company. You will be Working with SMB Organisations to help them understand, design, and deliver innovative sales and service excellence solutions in order to drive their Business' forwards. You will be homebased 2-3 Days allowing for a great Work/ life balance and also offer a great Training benefits package and Car Allowance.

The Key Responsibility's for this role will include:

* Building strong, long lasting relationships with customers

* Facilitating workshops to understand customer requirements

* Documentation of customer requirements

* Building customer solutions within the Dynamics 365 framework

* Delivering training workshops

* Supporting the Sales Team in developing new Dynamics 365 sales opportunities

Skills/Experience:

* Experience either as a consultant or end user of Dynamics CRM

* Proven ability of understanding, designing, implementing and improving customer experience and/or sales processes

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

* Excellent stakeholder management skills

* Understanding of or experience in delivering business change

* Creative problem solving skills

* Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM
