Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Package: £55,000 - £62,500 DoE + car/allowance

Location: Manchester

The Opportunity

A leading North-West developer are looking for a Senior Project Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of a new £26million mid-high rise, city centre development. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, this is a key hire for this company and they have big growth plans for Manchester

Key Requirements:

As a Senior Project Quantity Surveyor, you will:

* Have a minimum of 8 years' experience in the UK

* Be competent and capable of running individual projects (£20million+)

* Have strong career aspirations, a desire to progress

* Strong communication and negotiation skills.

* Degree Qualified (BSc or equivalent) in a relevant field

* RICS chartered (or working towards) is desirable

Remuneration:

The successful Quantity Surveyor has the opportunity to earn:

* Salary between £55,000 and £62,500 per annum
