The role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to become part of this fantastic team working on a broad range of transformation projects. Your role will involve working closely with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the business to elicit, analyse and translate specific needs to produce clear, unambiguous business requirements and functional specification documents for change initiatives. It will also include documentation of 'Target state' business processes in conjunction with the Business Performance Improvement team. You should aspire to become the Subject Matter Expert on the business' requirements and act as the 'voice of the business' for the project team.

Responsibilities

* Completion of feasibility studies developing new ideas with the business.

* Responsible for the delivery of business requirements, process and functional design for programmes and projects.

* Proactively engage with stakeholders at all levels across the business.

* Identify organisational impacts associated with projects, manage and mitigate any risks.

* Provide project knowledge support to development and testing teams throughout the development and test phases.

Key Skills

* A Business Analysis qualification (British Computer Society, or similar), or sufficient experience.

* Ability to work in a mixed Waterfall and Agile delivery environment.

* Knowledge and experience of mapping complex business processes.

* Proven track record of eliciting and delivering business requirements, business process design and functional design on change projects.

* A high level of business intelligence, strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
