Our client, a successful international software solution provider is looking for a great Customer Software Support Analyst to join their expanding team based in Manchester. This is a great opportunity for a new graduate to start their career in IT. No previous experience needed if you can bring an interest in technology, a customer service focus and an analytical mind.This leading platform provider will provide an excellent training programme and the opportunity to gain ITSM, ISO and Prince 2 qualifications. You will work closely with clients onsite, assisting with implementation and on-boarding.
The Customer Software Support Consultant role will involve working as part of a team, providing post-sale on-boarding and technical support. You will be visiting clients to assist with process improvement and software implementation and work closely with them to ensure the product perfectly matches their needs.

Your degree level qualification (1st or 2.1, all disciplines welcome).
