As a Culture Change Manager you will be working within an exciting dynamic driven team who will guide and support the vision for large scale organisational change to enable a sustainable DevOps culture.

You will demonstrate the ability to perform a range of complex work to develop a strategy for our culture and change across our organisation, which consists of a range of modern and legacy technologies with a workforce distributed across the country. You will engage at the highest level and work closely with leadership teams and technical teams.

Demonstrates a track record of organisational culture change with appropriate use of methodologies to achieve sustained success. Excellent oral and written communication skills and able to engage and build relationships with senior stakeholders to enable change to happen.

Has a thorough knowledge of business aspects of DevOps alongside the technical aspects of the application system(s) and the hardware and software environment in which they run. Has a thorough working knowledge of information systems development processes or networks or other skill areas which are relevant to the role and the applications to be supported.

Has a good understanding of the development lifecycle, and the role of software testing. Takes a logical and analytical approach to problem solving and pays close attention to detail. Understands the concepts and practices of human resources. Is familiar with processes and procedures of resourcing, recruitment and selection.

Understands the organisation's IT/Information Systems plans, and business objectives. Is proficient at administrative tasks. Is capable of planning small assignments and organising own work effectively. Demonstrates a responsible and disciplined approach, even under pressure. Has very good communication and negotiation skills. Understands the legal and best practice requirements of human resource recruitment, identification and allocation. Has a positive attitude towards diversity principles.

Skills and Knowledge Required:

1 Strong collaboration skills and able to convince and engage with senior stakeholders and groups.

2 Experience of major organisational change, ideally culture change. This should include measuring the benefits, impact on workforce and pace of change.

3 Acquire a DevOps/positive/growth mindset along with working with ambiguity and seeking solutions than risks.

4 Ability to travel to various sites and drive value at pace.
