Manufacturing Engineer - FTSE100 Global Organisation - £32-37k -

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Change Manager to join a prestigious FTSE 100 Engineering company.

The core purpose of the role is to support the successful implementation of change projects that deliver significant operational efficiency savings ensuring that measurable improvements are delivered.

Role and responsibilities include:

The Business Change Manager will perform a challenging and diverse role. Responsible for the implementation of the Continuous Improvement strategy and will lead the review of new and existing processes as deemed necessary, identify areas for improvement and drive the implementation of agreed change.

The core purpose of the role is to support the successful implementation of change projects that deliver significant operational efficiency savings ensuring that measurable improvements are delivered.

Achieving set company goals is an evolving process and can involve running focus groups, workshops and coaching staff. The Business Change Manager will bridge any gaps between the departments, maintain strong communication across all aspects of the company and will support the change management process, ensuring that those involved ultimately end up with a deep understanding and adoption.

Communicate strategies and objectives with relevant departments and colleagues.

Identify any risks regarding changes and develop a strategy to overcome or address these.

Implement any changes sensitively and with minimal disruption.

Create a system to evaluate the success of any adjustments made within the organisation and present any findings.

Required Experience / Qualifications / Attributes

* Sound working knowledge of general business processes and organisational framework, such as goals, strategy, culture and structure

* Further qualification(s) in related Business improvement methodologies and tools such as Lean and Six Sigma

* Experience of implementing and tracking improvement plans

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information at all levels

* Proactive and able to use initiative

* Confident with strong decision making skills

* Ability to develop strong relationships with all stakeholders

* Ability to influence, negotiate and constructively challenge to achieve productive solutions

* Ability to demonstrate innovation and creativity

* Good leadership skills and ability to work well within a team

* Ability to set and meet objectives

* Strong analytical and problem solving skills

* Excellent organisational skills
