The charity seeks to empower people and communities to address their issues and challenges through practical, financial and emotional help. Our client’s work is wide-ranging and includes help for parents-to-be, the provision of many Children’s Centres in local communities, intensive family support, emotional health and wellbeing services, counselling, mediation and therapies, support in schools and financial grants programmes. Our client is also recognised as a leading provider of training and consultancy. 

The charity has recently begun a large programme of work operating a national school breakfast club programme and are now looking for a Business Systems Manager to join their dedicated team.

Your Role  

As the Business Systems Manager, you’ll lead the support and development of our client’s Salesforce-based systems and improve the way they manage their impact.  

Your key duties will include:  

- Managing system administration activities 

- Driving the successful adoption of systems throughout the charity  

- Overseeing the training plan for existing users and new users  

- Co-ordinating the production of management information  

- Ensuring that users fully benefit from the system  

About You 

To be considered as the Business Systems Manager, you’ll need:  

- Experience of Salesforce in the areas of administration, development, training and end user support  

- Understanding and experience of systems and how they support improved organisational effectiveness 

- The ability to work with others in defining and implementing new business systems 

- The ability to problem solve and apply innovative solutions 

- The ability to analyse and present complex data to stakeholders
