Network Engineer - Birmingham - £300 - £330p/d - 4-6months contract.

CCNP, Cisco, MPLS, Layer 2/ Layer 3, BGP, IDS/IDP -FirePower

Working on behalf of a leading client in Derbyshire I am currently seeking a 3rd Line Network Engineer. This person will be the face of the team carrying out high level BAU and troubleshooting across a Cisco Network as well as getting involved in the implementation of FirePower IDS/IPS.

The successful candidate will have a proven technical background within Cisco networks (BGP MPLS, OSPF etc) and have a solid understanding of Firewall technologies including Checkpoint, Juniper, and Cisco ASA and preferably firepower/Sourcefire.

This role is for an immediate interview and start.
