Applications Engineer (Conveyors/Material Handling)

£36,000 - £40,000 + Car + Fuel + Training + Healthcare + Company Pension

Are you a Mechanical Engineer looking to enhance your career with an industry leading organisation that can provide specialist training with a highly skilled team to become an expert Applications Engineer?

The company is an industry leader in the manufacturing of Material Handling equipment. They have built their reputation on the highest standards of service and are looking for a skilled Engineer to train.

This role would suit someone from a Mechanical background looking to join a market leading company who can offer a rare opportunity for you to become an exceptional Applications Engineer.

The Role:

* Liaising with customers and offering technical advice and solutions

* Creating briefs and calculations, working with the design team

* Creating prices and detailed quotations

* Specialist training form highly skilled team

* Occasional client visits and the chance to travel abroad

The Person:

* Technical Sales/Support experience

* From a Mechanical Engineering background

* You will ideally have previous experience of Materials Handling/Conveyor equipment
