Security Checks Administrator/Contract/4 months/Newcastle

Spring Technology are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our leading Technology Client

The client is seeking a Security Check Administrator to join them on their Newcastle site to start as soon as possible up until the 9th September 2018

The Security Checks Administrator will specialise in

*Conducting security checks and administering criminal, credit and security checks required for new joiners and existing employees who move on to high level security work or specific client projects

*Provide timely and clear communication and status updates to project leads

*Work with project leads and HR managers on the resolutions of checks that are not cleared

*Attend/lead calls with clients PMO'S to provide agreed updates and address any issues

*Produce and develop Local Work instructions and process maps

*Able to recognise any areas that require improvement and be able to clearly communicate to team lead

*Respond to incoming client issues and requests, at all client levels, on a daily basis

*Provide satisfactory outcomes to issues and requests, at all client levels, on a daily basis

*Handle all confidential and sensitive data in a manner under the rules of the clients Data Protection Policy

*Review and approve 3rd party invoice requests. Ensure costs match with the clearances conducted

*Support Team Lead with Business Excellence requirements
