We have an opportunity for a Content Production Executive to join Experis on a permanent basis. You will be working as part of our Employed Consultant team, on site with a multi-national technology company based in Central London. Role Purpose:

To build, test, publish and maintain semantically structured content that delivers customer-centred solutions in line with an omnichannel content strategy. As well as delivering change into the live environment, the content producer will supplement their skills to develop into a content manager by (1) following a robust development plan that balances new technical skills with business skills (2) takes on more challenging projects and builds a bank of specialist product or platform knowledge in the process (3) gains the experience required to be a champion and owner of best practice CMS governance, including any semantic content governance and reuse strategies and (4) gains the confidence that leads to more experimental and innovative working practices.

Key Accountabilities:

* Support the Head of Production in driving the significant transformation required across the Marketing Campaign team.

* Role-model our desired behaviours and support the embedding of a genuinely collaborative spirit, inside and outside our team - help make Digital Content Execution a great place to work.

* Make banking simple for our customers. Use experience, insights and creative brilliance to design content that is personalised, human, honest and effective. Use content to get the customer where they want to be, help them when they need support.

* The content manager will combine technical ability with a keen customer focus as part of a multi-skilled team that enables mobility, progression skill-sharing and creative collaboration

* Implement business strategy by following a continuous optimisation programme, advocating the use of aftercare in all projects so that we improve the value of content as a business asset

* Ensure that all our customer journeys match our content strategy and customer experience principles. Challenge briefs that prioritise business needs over customer experience and work with stakeholders to provide superior solutions. Maintain a high customer focus and be aware of the competitive market and trends within the marketplace.

* Ensure appropriate and accurate application of brand guidelines and appropriate use of templates and design frameworks.

* Know and understand the KPIs and metrics for Content Marketing and our content strategy principles. Use this deep understanding when planning and producing content.

* Always employ industry best practice in content production. Use customer research, user-centred design, customer personas, content heuristics, comprehensive user testing, A/B and multivariate testing, search and traffic data and verbatim feedback to design our creative content. Become an expert in translating customer data and feedback into content deliverables.

* Put our content strategy into practice. Work closely with the content strategy team and know our principles off by heart. Give feedback to the strategy team so that they can improve the guidelines and use those guidelines in all our projects

Essential Skills:

* Industry Experience: Experience in at least 3 of the following aptitudes creating and managing content through content management systems, content design, software development, copywriting, project management, taxonomy and ontology, search, semantic tagging, reuse strategies, metadata analysis and creation, audit and inventory, search analysis, agile methodology, customer experience principles, content strategy research and execution, content heuristics, business partnership, content performance measurement and analysis.

* Planning: Advanced ability to take a high-level brief and create a bespoke content plan for all deliverables.

* Results Focus: Intermediate ability to measure a variety of data including traffic, influence, impact on NPS, benefits realisation. Understanding of how effective content production, CMS maintenance and content strategy can improve content.

* Influencing skills: Intermediate experience in advocating the use of content management as a UX discipline that provides a valuable business asset and is a cornerstone of any true customer experience strategy. Strong experience in advocating the absolute importance of consistency in taxonomy, ontology and controlled vocabularies and ability to negotiate with vertical subject matter experts who wish to deliver an exception to our content strategy. Intermediate experience in negotiating with technical experts, legal experts, regulatory experts, data experts and senior stakeholders.

* Subject knowledge: Strong experience and strong knowledge of all elements of content management, basic CSS, HTML, intelligent or structured content, taxonomy, ontology and metadata. Intermediate experience in the use and advocacy of lean and agile practices. Intermediate knowledge of copy consistent and content reuse best practice in an enterprise content management team.
