The Job
While the role will focus primarily on Marketing, it's everyone's job to make the office and the wider business work effectively. The Digital Marketing Executive will be the sort of person that will 'jump in' to help others, as well as being able to talk directly with clients and suppliers with professionalism and style.
As the marketing assistant you will support events and exhibitions, website, social media, collateral and general marketing support to our marketing activities globally
* Work with the Commercial & Sales Manager to plan, organise and execute the annual user conference, ad hoc seminars and attendance at events, including producing relevant marketing
* Design, ownership, execution and evaluation of marketing campaigns.
* Production of integrated marketing campaigns using traditional, print, digital and social media.
* Updates to website content.
* Assistance with corporate events (internal and external).
* Management of external suppliers, supporting programme elements when required (Prezi, video, event support, venue hire, etc.)
* Copywriting/proofreading and editing content for print and digital marketing collateral.
* Obtaining sign-off on marketing material.
* Development and distribution of effective marketing collateral (print and digital).
* Creation of content for events and sales initiatives.
* Management, monitoring and advice on the company's social media presence.
* Support to internal communications and staff engagement activities.
* Management of our use of imagery within copyright constraints.
The Fit
You will have previous experience in a marketing role and have worked with digital marketing, marketing automation, campaigns and social media
Any events/project management experience will be beneficial but isn't essential
If you have worked with Pardot, Salesforce or Creative Cloud please make this visible in your CV
Also, any technical or product industry background would be beneficial but not essential
