£18,000 - £40,000 + Uncapped Commission + Training + Progression

The role is an office based position where you will develop and build a client base, negotiate fee's and source candidates. Your commission is some of the highest paid by any recruiter in the UK and the training and development program is arguably one of the best in the industry
Commission: 1st year 30-40k, 2nd year 50-60k, 3rd year 70-100k, 4th year 100k plus
Training: We hold an 'Investors in People' Gold award - Our training and people development has been independently assessed at Gold standard
Progression: We operate a Meritocracy system - If you hit your targets you get promoted - Simple - Promotion goes from Trainee to Director through several stages
