1st Line Support - IT Support Analyst - Short Term Contract - Inverness

My well known client based just outside of Inverness City Centre require an IT Support Analyst on a short term contract to help assist in providing 1st line support.

My client is looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to take on the role of IT Support Analyst. Within this role you will be working in a customer service style environment where you will be providing incident resolution to customers and logging/referring any incidents you are unable to resolve.

For this role you must have:

* Previous experience in a similar customer or software support position

* Good understanding of various aspects of IT

* Personable nature with great communication skills

* Ability to identify issues, whilst providing exemplary customer service

* Solid understanding of Microsoft (particularly Active Directory)
