Project Manager (GTM) - Change Management

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join a leading bluechip organisation that provide legal software and solutions to law firms and corporate businesses around the world. As part of a newly created team that focusses on planning, coordinating and implementing Go-To-Market (GTM) activities, you will take the lead on key projects to ensure customer and operational readiness and to drive proposition and product launches, enhancements and other strategic changes within the business.

You will be responsible for drafting, coordinating and driving execution of GTM plans across a large group of GTM stakeholders with a focus on making the change a smooth and positive experience for customers. You will execute business change, GTM, migration and launch plans to meet the strategic objectives of the business and will plan and drive forward cross functional teams to:

* Ensure that our customers are kept informed about product launches or updates, how these will affect them and when the changes will occur

* Enable our customers to trial, subscribe, access and use new or updated products and propositions

* Ensure that we have the appropriate tools, processes and people in place to be able to support our customers access to and use of the new or updated products and propositions

* Report regularly to stakeholders on progress and monitor risk and issues to mitigate impact

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in project management and a good understanding of core GTM functions. You will be comfortable creating and executing plans, engaging with a wide range of stakeholders across business units, and be able to demonstrate a high degree of diplomacy and influence in complex situations. You will possess excellent written and verbal communications and team building skills and be able to understand and incorporate customer viewpoint into planning. Ideally you will be familiar with structured project management methodology (PRINCE", Agile PM) and have strong commercial and change management experience.
