They have a very well-established client base in place, having worked with the likes of Marks & Spencers, British American Tobacco, Nike and BAE Systems. This is consistently expanding and this really is an exciting time to join this well-reputed company.They have just won a new client - one of the biggest, most iconic shopping centres within Europe. They are therefore now on the lookout for a talented Security Operations Manager to join the team.Summary of the skills they are looking for:

'€¢Solid security background, with knowledge spanning a range of products and services'€¢Operational background with the ability to be client-facing and effectively build up strong relationships'€¢Experience working with large venues and managing teams in excess of 100 people'€¢Professional with strong communication skills, able to be consistent when dealing with the needs of a demanding, fast-paced client'€¢Understanding/experience of the policing and military side of security, as well as law enforcement

The salary is between £50,000-£70,000, all dependent on the calibre of the individual. The salary is funded by the client, so they are open to being flexible.
