MS Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant, up to £75K + Car Allowance, Homeworking, London based projects.

My Client is looking for A Highly Motivated & Driven Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant to join their Company. You will be Working with SMB Organisations to help them understand, design, and deliver innovative sales and service excellence solutions in order to drive their Business' forwards. You will be homebased 2-3 Days allowing for a great Work/ life balance and also offer a great Training benefits package and Car Allowance.

The Key Responsibility's for this role will include:

* Building strong, long lasting relationships with customers

* Facilitating workshops to understand customer requirements

* Documentation of customer requirements

* Building customer solutions within the Dynamics 365 framework

* Delivering training workshops and Supporting the Sales Team in developing new Dynamics 365 sales opportunities.

Skills/Experience:

* Experience either as a consultant or end user of Dynamics CRM

* Proven ability of understanding, designing, implementing and improving customer experience and/or sales process

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

* Excellent stakeholder management skills

* Understanding of or experience in delivering business change

* Creative problem solving skills

* Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM.
