Technical Innovator in Bath, has an opportunity for a Configuration Controller to join its rapidly expanding business. As a Configuration Controller you will be talented, self-driven and an ambitious individual, who can strengthen the team and support the company's ambitious international growth plans. Your attention to detail is imperative for the role!

How your day will look;

* Be the custodian of the company's Product Lifecycle Management System.

* Manage and coordinate engineering changes from new requests, through to internal and supplier implementation.

* Chair the weekly engineering change control meeting.

* Be closely involved in defining the configuration of product prior to sale.

* Carry out first article inspections / soft proof approvals.

* Support the promotion of the company's ISO9001 quality management system.

* Be an active participant in the internal audit program - Training will be provided.

The following skills are required. However, the company will not expect you to have outstanding experience within each category, and will help to provide daily support in areas of;

* A solid understanding of Product Lifecycle Management / Change Control.

* An enthusiasm for accuracy and attention to detail. This is essential to the success of this role.

* An effective communicator and able to work well within our dynamic, highly professional team.

* Conscientious self-starter who looks for work rather than having to be directed.

* Have an analytical approach to problem solving.
