Digital Product Manager - London - £65,000 - £75,000

Our client is looking for Digital Product Manager to come on board and be responsible for driving innovation and work on specific projects to increase revenue, margin and profit growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to come on board an exciting venture where you will be working with the latest emerging technologies (RPA, BlockChain and AI) and creating new solutions. The successful Digital Product Manager will be working on multiple projects from inception to go live.

Responsibilities

*Identify and develop new digital business opportunities in the local market, create pilot plans, business cases and scopes of work as required

*Validate new business ideas with customers and internal teams

*Identify pilot opportunities together with the team

*Prepare the set-up of the pilot: start date, duration, Key success factors (KPI), project management team, milestones and GO/NO GO steering committee

*Design, communicate, and implement an operational project plan for completing a project; monitor progress and performance against the project plan; resolve operational problems, minimize delays.

*Manage and work with co-creation partners to realize prototypes and MVPs

*Build internal and external relationships to optimize all aspects of a product

*Ensure that any new digital innovations comply with various industry standards including Information Security, Data Protection and Legal Policies

*Ensure a smooth transition to the Digital Operations/Change/IT team for products which have successfully passed the Pilot stage

*Define required capabilities for new ventures and onboard best in class team members

*Actively contribute to building a Global Digital Innovation culture

*Champion digital innovation and product development at all levels within the group

*Attend and participate in conferences as a member of the team and assist as needed in conference planning activities

Experience

*Project Management

*HR products and services

*5+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Project Manager

*Solid background in product lifecycle management, go-to-market strategy, product development, testing, and iteration

*Live and breathe Agile and User Centered Design

*Experience with SaaS products/solutions would be a plus
