I am currently looking for a experienced Salesforce Technical / Implementation consultant to join a software delivery team. This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing Business with exciting new projects to work on daily.

Essential Skills and Experience

- Must have Salesforce.com / Force.com platform experience / exposure.

- Demonstrable experience of the successful delivery of cloud based software solutions.

- Can demonstrate a track record of working with software development teams and good

understanding of the SDLC.

- Good business analysis, requirements gathering and analytical skills, ability to distill

customer requirements into the appropriate level of detail and produce Statements of

Work / Requirements Specifications.

- Ability to facilitate workshops and stakeholder requirements gathering meetings.

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills and the ability to understand the technical

Implications of client decisions and requests.

- Detail-oriented, with a high-level of curiosity and creative thinking.

- Ability to prioritise work assignments and manage multiple concurrent assignments.

- Ability to deliver multiple small to medium sized projects simultaneously to enterprise

level organisations.

- Good customer facing skills with strengths in communication and developing and

maintaining positive relationships with clients .

- Adept at delivering quality results in a fast paced, changing environment to meet or

exceed customer expectations.

- Fosters effective teamwork including information sharing and knowledge transfer.

- Willing to travel with occasional client site working and overnight stays if required.

Desirable Skills and Experience

- Ideally Risk Management / Compliance Management domain experience.

- Educated to degree level or equivalent.

- Relevant professional qualification.
