We are recruiting for a Lead Product Manager with an internationally recognised business who are going through a period of change and transformation. Looking to modernise their Products and improve the usability of their digital content this role is an 18 month FTC to assist in successfully delivering the change programme, whilst overhauling the Product Management function creating a much more streamlined delivery process.
Responsibilities of the Lead Product Manager:
* Assist with the research and delivery of new improved digital products,
* Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to determine product demands and create a product roadmap.
* Assist with the change in strategic set up of the Product team. Helping to create a very efficient way of releasing products and delivering product improvements,
* Work closely with developers, marketing and support to assist in the roll out of products.
* Keep up to date and accurate Product documentation
* Mentor junior members of the Product team.
Skill Set and Experience for the Lead Product Manager:
* Excellent experience with the delivery of digital products
* Ideally have some experience of managing products during significant periods of business change.
* Experience in education tech would be highly desirable.
* Experience of creating product roadmaps and grooming backlogs.
* Experience managing a small team would also be beneficial.
The Lead Product Manager role will pay a salary in the region of £55,000-£77,000.
The Lead Product Manager role is based in Cambridge. The Product Manager role is for an 18 month Fixed Term Contract.
