ERP Account Manager £50k + Double OTE

I am actively looking for an ambitious and motivated Account Manager looking to take their next step in Software Solution Sales. You will have had some success in Account Management positions selling complex Software Solutions experience with SME solutions like MS Dynamics, SAP B1, Infor, Epicor etc and be adept at generating new leads from scratch while being able to nurture them into revenue generating clients. This role suits someone who is able to take a consultative approach to the sales cycle and have a knack for developing relationships both on the phone and in person.

You will be intelligent and curious about the latest trends in software solution sales with a desire to continue growing inside an aspirational organisation which has the experience and capacity to lead you forward during your development. You will have some experience in dealing with ERP systems and will be able to handle and overcome objections like a natural. Your role will focus on upselling into existing Mid-Market Accounts and will have a target split in two parts between services and software sales.

You will be joining an organisation which has a proven ability to seriously invest in its employees, focussing on the ability to handle multiple stakeholders over extended periods of time during complex sales cycles, increase revenue generation rate with opportunities gained and improve negotiation skills throughout the sales cycle.

Required Skills:

* Software Solution Sales experience - ideally with SME products

* Can confidently communicate with prospects and clients throughout the sales cycle.

* Excellent knowledge of the ERP market sector is preferable.

* Ambitious and motivated to take career opportunities.

* Excellent on the phone and in person and able to build rapport.
