1. Configure, customise and develop functionality on the Microsoft dynamics CRM platform.
2. Work with customers across a wide range of departments to configure and customise the application to meet their needs within an institutional context.
3. Develop routines for importing and extracting data from the Microsoft dynamics CRM platform.
4. Provide support and troubleshoot technical problems for the selected CRM applications for users across the institution, at both departmental and user level.
5. Responsible for the design of the data structures which underpin the CRM system providing department specific data, alongside core customer data.
6. Ensure the CRM application is delivered in a robust manner and meets the security requirements required for customer data.
7. Liaise with software suppliers and external statutory organisations.
8. Proactively identify opportunities for IT solutions to streamline business processes.
9. Provide consultation to staff in varying departments to analyse requirements and advise on technical solutions based on the selected platform.
10. Manage both individual and team projects.
11. Provide training to administrative staff and IT colleagues as required.
12. Other duties commensurate with the scope and grading of the role.
