The Sheffield City Region is a strong public-private partnership tasked with driving economic growth across the city region’s economy.

The SCR Executive Team is now recruiting for up to two Senior Programme Managers: £41,846 - £44,697

We are seeking dynamic individuals with experience of driving forward land and property-related projects, ideally working in partnership with a range of bodies.

These Senior Programme Manager posts will support and oversee a range of capital projects across the Sheffield City Region (SCR), involving leading on business case development, surveys, masterplanning, consultation, and demolition and other works, to progress projects through the development process.

The postholders will work in collaboration with a range of local authorities and other public sector partners to identify and release public sector sites and properties for housing and economic growth.

They will provide additional capacity support and advice to partners to develop their capital projects, and put in place effective monitoring and provision of timely updates on progress in developing and delivering projects to agreed outcomes and timescales.

The postholder will be required to develop positive relationships with a range of public sector partners within the SCR, and support shared learning of delivering successful projects.
