We require an engineer with significant experience leading projects in industrial control or mechatronics. A very good knowledge of dynamic electrical and hydraulic controls and data acquisition systems is a must.

A change in our team has opened up a role where the suitable candidate can make a large impact on a small team. We can offer the privilege to work with top engineers in a wide range of industries all around the world and would like to see a highly motivated candidate who can see complex projects through to successful completion.

The role is to develop, install and support our real-time control systems in the UK and Europe. You would also work closely with our distributors around the world. You will be a part of an innovative team punching well above their weight against large multinationals. There are worldwide travel opportunities.

Required skills:
                     Control of high performance test equipment
                     Project management
                     In depth understanding of test machinery, both hydraulic and electric
                     A relevant engineering degree or proven track record

Preferred skills:
                     Electrical schematics
                     Software design and architecture

Required experience:
                     Testing Industry: 5 years

Tiab are located near Banbury in North Oxfordshire; 2 minutes from J11 of M40 and easy access to M1. We originated from within R&D groups in Formula One and now work on projects ranging from aircraft turbine test rigs to tissue testing in medical applications.
