Placement Support Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Placement Support Manager to join SThree's new offices in Glasgow City Centre. This Placement Support Manager will manage SThree's Placement Support team, who are the main link between SThree's business, clients, and candidates. If you are a detailed oriented manager with experience managing compliance or onboarding teams then you could be the Placement Support Manager we're looking for!

About the Placement Support Team

Our Placement Support team acts as the link between candidates, consultants, and clients, and they deal with all the fine details of placements once carried out by consultants. Our Placement Support Team carries out a very varied, process driven role, dealing with compliance, onboarding, creating contracts, checking T&C's, dealing with accounts departments, etc.

What will you be doing?

As a Placement Support Manager, you will manage the placement support team, which consists of 2 seniors and 9 consultants. You will carry out typical managerial duties, such as quarterly and annual reviews, so previous managerial experience is critical. You will spend much of your time reviewing data (e.g. ensuring that the team is performing in line with SLA's, reviewing workloads, etc.), and you will regularly feedback your reviews to senior stakeholders, up to director level. You will utilise both SAP and excel to carry out your role.

What skills/experience should you have?

* Experience working in a managerial role (e.g. carrying out reviews, etc.)

* A background in compliance, onboarding, or similar

* Strong SAP and excel experience

* Confidence in dealing with senior stakeholders
