Position: Key Account Manager (Field Sales)
Location: Bristol
Salary: 28,000 - 34,000 per annum

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of On Trade and Specialist Retail accounts (individual outlets and groups) within a defined territory. You may also be required to manage Wholesalers (Route To Market) within your territory.
To be successful you will need to be enthusiastic, full of bright ideas and entrepreneurial in your approach. You will need to use your outstanding organisational skills to maintain and develop a successful territory.

Job Description
Managing and developing a portfolio of On Trade and Specialist Retail accounts within
a defined territory.
Optimising distribution, orders, visibility, availability of Indie Brands portfolio.
Supporting the Regional Sales Manager in the delivery of volume and margin targets.
Managing and developing beneficial relationships with On & Off Trade Customers, internal route to market (Wholesale) colleagues and key influencers on your territory.
Negotiate and agree Joint Business Plans for larger bar and pub groups
Maximise both brand visibility and sales volumes in your area, obtaining new back-bar, cocktail and speed rail listings.
Develop and implement promotional in outlet / specific events to support development and drive ROS of company brands.
Non-negotiable skills:
At least 2 years of industry experience (spirits), Trade Premium Spirits Sales experience within a Brand Owner / Agency Brands business managing a portfolio of On Trade and Specialist Retail customers.
Full Driving Licence
Degree Qualified or Calibre

Passionate about Spirits
3+ years industry experience.
Maybe someone that has previous experience of managing a bar and then moved into a sales role, but still is really passionate about drinks.
