Technical Architect - Truly Innovative Organisation

This is a great opportunity for a Technical Architect with ideally an e-commerce background to work with a world leading organisation that when it comes to innovation and achievement there are few organisations with a better track record. They are looking for a Technical Architect to be able to play a big part in the success of this highly successful, fast-paced business

The ideal Technical Architect will be:

* Providing technical expertise and guidance to development teams (both easyJet and 3rd parties) around Solution Architecture design and implementation, ensuring standards are consistency upheld and quality practices are embedded early within delivery teams

* Maintain a technical Roadmap for the platform, defining how constituent technologies, frameworks and hosted environment are kept up to date to ensure maximum productivity and cost effectiveness.

* Set and govern non-functional requirements for systems ensuring that all delivery teams meet set standards around performance, security, code maintainability and supportability.

* Work with other Solution Architects to ensure that application design principles are adhered to in the creation of any new systems / platforms

* An e-commerce background

* Strong experience in Java

* Hybris is benefitial but not mandatory

* Excellent Stakeholder management

* Experience working in a Fast paced, challenging environment
