As a Scrum Master, you will be driving the implementation of Scrum methodology. Delivery is expected with creative and effective solutions that meet customer requirements as well as constructive work with various features within the company's IT organization such as e-commerce. The assignment is done in close cooperation with product owners, marketing department, customer service department and developers.

What you need to have?

* 1 - 3 years of experience in the role of Scrum Master

* Education in IT or project management

* Good technical understanding, where you can familiarize yourself with the developers' problems as well as collaborate on estimates and solutions

* Experience of running development projects through the whole process.

* Work experience from a web agency, e-commerce company, etc.

* Great interest in online product development

There is a high importance of being solution-focused and driven by ensuring that the project's goals are met and the customer's expectations are exceeded. It is positive if you can make clear arguments and act as claimant. The assignment places high demands on the ability to communicate, motivate others and prioritize delivery prior to prestige.

Start: As soon as possible

Location: Stockholm

Language: Swedish and English, fluent in speech and writing
