Lead GRC InfoSec Specialist - Security, CISSP, CISM

A Lead GRC / InfoSec Specialist are urgently required for a Tier 1 insurance organisation in Central London who are currently investing heavily across all areas of Cyber Security and Technology risk. This is a leadership role and will see the successful Lead Security Specialists manage an Information Security team who deliver a range of services across all major markets, business areas and locations.

Key Skills Required

* GRC

* Educated to Degree level or equivalent

* Experience in consultancy, risk assessment and solution design

* Advanced understanding of ISO27001 information security standards along with others.

* Security administration processes and related tools

* Leadership skills and team management experience - resource utilization, performance management, etc.

* Ideally CISSP / CISM certified

* Analytical mind-set

* Excellent problem solving skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In exchange for your experience, the Lead GRC InfoSec Specialist will be paid a competitive salary of up to 100,000 plus benefits which include 29 days holiday plus bank holidays, performance related bonus, pay reviews, company discount and a share save scheme amidst others.
