Based in Malvern this company has been established for 30 years and provides highly accurate testing equipment which is supplied into a global industry. This business has grown from strength to strength and they are now looking at adding an FPGA Engineer to the team.

In this role, the successful candidate will be tasked with FPGA and digital electronics development as well as coding and testing for cutting edge products. You will liaise closely with the software and mechanical teams to develop a range of products that are supplied into the automotive industry.

The Role:

*FPGA and digital electronics hardware development

*Design, debug, test and verification

*Software and hardware integration

*Design and product documentation

*Customer support using telephone, email and remote access tools

The Person:

*Ideally qualified to degree level in a relevant discipline

*Knowledge of FPGA development using VHDL

*Knowledge of Xilinx FPGAs and their design tools (Vivado, ISE)

*Experience producing technical documentation
