Programme / Director / Manager / Medical / Devices / ISO 13485 / EN 60601 / PermanentCambridgeshire £80,000-£100,000I have an exciting new Programme Director role based in Cambridgeshire, working for a leading medical device organisation. The role offers autonomy over Project Management as well as leading a large mult-disciplinary team. Ideal candidate must have relevant experience in: - Bid management encompassing strategy, direction and delivery as well as proposal prepartion and negotation- Test management and assurance- Employe leadership, mentoring and building successfull teams- Delivering medical device projects- Working to ISO 13485 and EN 60601- Confident, articulate and persuasive communicator and presenter with strong negotiation skills- Skilled at identifying and understanding business imperatives, aligning these to personal and team improvements, enabling quick and decisive         actions to the benefit of both company and individuals- Well-versed in managing a complex matrix of relationships, networks and networking opportunitiesInterviews are available from Thursday 31/05/18
