Vision processing & Sensor Data Analytics consultant to join one of the leading R&D consultancies in the UK. Working on advanced research projects and publishing the results, you will be working on ground-breaking projects in emerging technologies, giving you plenty to learn!

You will need a strong background in Computer Vision, Machine Learning or closely related area, the ability (and ideally experience) of publishing results in a range journals. This is a hands on role and so Software development experience using C, C++ and/or Python is key as well as a strong foundation of experience in a relevant field.

Key Skills:

* Strong mathematical foundation and experience in developing vision processing and AI algorithms

* Proven track record and national or international reputation in computer vision including publications in refereed journals

* Software development experience using C, C++ and/or Python

Desirable skills

* A PHD or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as robotics, Machine learning, Computer vision or other related areas.

* Experience of 3D vision systems

* Experience or knowledge data fusion

* Knowledge of other sensor systems including acoustic or RF sensors
