Non-Functional Test Lead

One of our top eCommerce clients based in the Midlands is seeking a Non-Functional Test Lead to join their expanding team, on a 6 month FTC basis. You will be required to take responsibility for a number of work items across a suite of products and applications within the Test department.

Non-Functional Test Lead duties will include, but not limited to:

*Create, design and manage the business testing of non-functional requirements

*Initiate, lead and support the quality and governance compliance within the IT team

*Allocate test resources to project team

*Manage third party test teams

*Communicate the test progress, test results to project and management teams

*Design test cases and create test plans

*Define test metrics

As the Non-Functional Test Lead you will be required to poses experience with:

*Implementing policies and procedures

*Leading testing on large projects, on a short, medium and long term basis

*Strong skillset within Software Testing

*Automation testing

*Knowledge of best practice within testing

You MUST also posses experience with:

*Volume and performance testing of at least 2 Oracle MOM Suite implementations

*Operational acceptance testing of at least 2 Oracle MOM Suite implementations

*Volume and performance test tools for Oracle MOM Suite

*Optimising Oracle MOM performance issues
