Cutover Manager

One of our top eCommerce Midlands based clients is looking for a Cutover Manager to join their expanding IT department on a 6 month FTC basis. You will be responsible for the detailed cutover, planning and coordination with both internal and external stakeholders. You will oversee dry runs and managing and coordinating the rollout of he programme phased implementations.

You will lead on all activities related to Acceptance into Service, Service Readiness Reviews, and manage Implementation Milestones. You will assist with the transition of the service and support from a development to BAU.

Cutover Manager your duties will include, but not limited to:

*Work alongside the IT Programme Manager and Business Change Lead to ensure all expertise areas have contributed to the cutover planning activities

*Organise and run workshops with the business relevant IT teams, to identify all IT and Business Cutover activities pre and post go live of the MOM suite implementation

*Develop the businesses cutover methodology, planning and managing multiple implementations running in parallel

*Implement process and quality improvements to ensure quality and satisfaction

*Interact with business departments to support the implementation process

*Stakeholder management

*Oversee all Cutover aspects of Data Conversion and/or Configuration

*Monitor and report on the overall project status

As the Cutover Manager you will be required to possess:

*Knowledge in ERP Implementations, and have worked within a senior operational transition / cutover position previously

*Strong experience in design, development, test and implementation of large scale business and technology integration initiatives

*Strong Programme Management and Retail operational skills

*Experience with analysing technical, business and financial issues and options

You MUST also possess:

*Experience of more than 1 successful Oracle Retail MOM Suite Cutover

*Experience of at least one bricks and mortar POS Suite Cutover with more than 500+ stores
