Energy Consultant - ASAP START

Market Rate (6 to 8 weeks)

Our client is a leading employer in the Chester area, offering a really special experience working on their site close to Chester. This role is perfect for someone with really strong communication skills and the ability to understand complex information and pass it on in a personable and succinct way. You will be on the phones advising customers on their Energy, Gas and Electric bills running through complex scripts.

Essential Skills:

*Ability to build strong customer relationships quickly

*Professional telephone manner

*Problem solving skills and a desire to help

*Proven ability to deliver to performance and quality targets within an SLA and KPIU driven environment

*Ability to understand and relay complex information

Key Responsibilities:

*Deliver best in class customer service - ensuring our client consistently exceed customer needs

*Quick, efficient and effective resolution of all customer contacts, queries and complaints

*Provide advice to customers on an inbound and outbound basis, applying effective customer relationship skills and product knowledge

*Working with customers to complete a full end to end process.

*Understand (and have the ability to work within) the strict regulatory requirements and guidelines

*Deliver a consistent, best in class service, to all customers (internal and external)

*Deliver performance against sales, quality, customer satisfaction and productivity KPIs

*Resolution of customer queries within specified SLAs and quality standards

*Identification of complaints & adherence to The Clients Complaints Handling Policy and Procedure

*Participate in training and coaching with team leader and also company arranged training

Experience:

* Proven sales and service experience gained within a contact centre environment

*Experience of working on the phone within a target driven role
