Are you interested in being at the forefront of new technology? A tier 1 investment bank needs you to oversee their team of Scala Developers who work on the FX Options and Emerging markets front office real time business systems.

As a Scala Developer you will use your analytical skills to identify existing issues within the systems and approach them with your creative out-of-the-box way of thinking to find viable development solutions. These solutions will streamline the sales and trading business and are absolutely integral to the success of the business.

Skills:

Proven success of coding in Scala, ideally as your main language

Prior experience working within the financial services industry, ideally within a derivatives business environment

A true passion for technology

Main Responsibilities:

Mentor and oversee a team of Scala Developers

Identify and solve issues with the front office business systems
