Do you have experience as a business analyst? Are you seeking a new opportunity for involvement in strategic, re-engineering and refinement change projects?

As part of continuous improvement, the business analyst will lead the identification of activities that do not add value to Operations with a view to reducing or eliminating them and analyse and assess new ideas, considering risks, opportunities and impacts arising. Finding ways to reduce or eliminate them, assessing and analysing new ideas, considering risks, opportunities and impacts arising. You will investigate, document, refine and manage the business processes to capture the current status and potential. Establishing effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders, you will gain a deep understanding of business priorities and to support the delivery of business value. A large part of your role will be to create or update project deliverables, artefacts and specifications in accordance with client requirements.

We're looking for a positive, engaging and influential individual with proven experience as a Business Analyst. You will need to have a good understanding of change management and project delivery lifecycles including benefits realisation. You will also need excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage a variety of stakeholders.

Hands on experience maintaining supporting Agile development and project documentation is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement is an advantage. You will need to have strong skills in the core Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Project, PowerPoint and Visio and ideally SharePoint.
