Curo have been ranked in the top 50 in The Sunday Times Top 100 Best Not-for-Profit Organisations to work for in the whole of the UK. We are one of the largest landlords in the South West, with a diverse portfolio of affordable and market rented homes.

We own a range of property, from starter homes to Grade I Listed Buildings, in locations from rural villages to city centres. We have an extensive long-term development and land acquisition programme, working to build hundreds of new homes every year.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as Project Manager/Business Analyst. You will work with Project and Programme colleagues, process owners and business subject matter experts to manage a range of process, digital and organisational change projects in order to deliver an effective approach to business improvement and process re-engineering that generates measurable value.

Putting the customer at the heart of everything we do means we strive to deliver a consistently great customer experience - as part of the Strategy and Planning team you will have a key role to play as we implement our Corporate Business Plan which will enable Curo to achieve its 5 Strategic Priorities.

You will bring experience of analysing and re-designing processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational risk and evidence a strong track record of successful project management and associated delivery including benefits realisation in a complex and challenging environment.

In addition you will demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to present complex tailored information for a variety of purposes and audiences through a range of mediums.

You will be a structured, self-starter with a positive attitude and the ability to get those around you. A background in social housing or previous project or BA experience in the construction industry is desirable but not essential. In return you will have the opportunity to be a key player in a growing business and be a key influencer in its success.

If this sounds like the exciting new challenge you’ve been waiting for, and you’ve got the passion, the ideas and the energy, we’d love to hear from you.
