The Senior Project Manager Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented, Senior Project Manager with 3-5 years hands-on experience, to join a thought-leading, digital-first marketing agency. As Senior Project Manager you'll get to work on a range of innovative projects with our fabulous clients, in a creative and fast paced environment

You'll be working with our copywriters, developers, designers, business analysts, SEO experts, Paid & Direct Media teams to deliver projects on time and build strong relationships with our clients.

You will be responsible for…

+ Day to day management of multiple projects on specified client accounts

+ Coordinating multidisciplinary teams to effectively deliver projects, including creative designers and copywriters

+ Working with our Resource Manager to ensure the most efficient use of resource across the agency

+ Creating and maintaining project documentation including scoping documents, project plans, RAG status reports, risk registers and retrospectives

+ Managing project workflow, tasks and budgets

+ Reporting on project progress, including the financial health of projects to both internal and external stakeholders

+ Building and nurturing strong client relationships, placing our clients and their outcomes at the heart of everything you do

+ Ensuring our scrupulously high quality standards are maintained

+ Mitigating risk and being able to sometimes say 'No' if needed

What are we looking for?

+ At least 3 years or more direct project management experience, preferably in a fast paced environment

+ Familiarity with the digital advertising and creative sectors

+ A genuine love of clients and being client facing

+ The ability to work to multiple deadlines

+ A proactive approach to problem solving

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills

+ Eagle-eyed attention to detail

+ Unsurpassable organisational skills

+ Enjoy working as part of a mutually supportive team
