Business Analysis (Workforce Management)

We are looking for a Business Analysis (Workforce Management) for one of the world's most prestigious retailers based in London.

The ideal Business Analysis (Workforce Management) will have extensive experience of workforce management implementations. Any experience in retail would be highly advantageous.

Skills

*Demonstrable experience of running business requirements and project definition workshops, and resolving complex scoping issues and stakeholder conflicts.

*Experience of Work Force Management solutions in the retail, leisure or manufacturing industries essential

*Excellent business analysis and communication skills.

*Excellent written skills with the ability to produce a variety of specifications including logical data requirements, business process flows using BPMN v2.0, user interface changes, use cases and 3rd party package specifications.

*Excellent ability to elicit, analyse and engineer requirements demonstrating excellent written skills when producing requirements specifications.
