Instrument Pipe Fitter
Bristol
Initial 6 months contract

Job Purpose
The Instrument Pipe fitter will be working within the Mechanical team, you will be responsible for the installation of small bore tubing and the installation and testing of instrument piping to relevant specifications, guidelines and procedures. The project work will be within a Mechanical workshop fir Oil and gas subsea control systems.
Essential Responsibilities
* Experience working as a qualified pipe fitter in the Oil & Gas, Construction, Pharma or Power Industry is preferred.
* Ability to read and work from engineering drawings, P&ID's, Mock-up drawings and be able to apply to specifications and standards.
* Experience in Stainless Steel Tube Fitting to instruments preferred.
* Previous experience in Pneumatic, Hydraulic Fitting and Testing.
* Ideally, Swagelok certified installers.
* Extensive Instrumentation experience.
* Ability to Layout and install pipe systems.
* Fabrication and installation of supports and bracketry.
* Computer proficient in Microsoft, excel and word.
* CSCS, trade certification, manual handling trained.
* Substantial experience with Instrument piping and assembly.
