The IT Solutions Projects Team is responsible for the delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects and programmes, bringing new IT solutions and infrastructure into the organisation.
Due to a growing portfolio of change, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager with strong stakeholder management skills to join our client’s team.
This role is essential in ensuring that that all assigned technology projects are scoped, specified, approved, designed and delivered within the timescales, and to the quality expected and defined by our client.
You’ll be responsible for everything from the day-to-day delivery of multiple projects, to cost, quality and time for all technology or business projects and work packages assigned to you. Examples of the projects managed by the IT Projects team are: Unified Communications, O365, Windows 10, case management system implementation, lifeboat stations technology refresh or managing the IT work stream of CRM and Intranet projects.
To be considered, you will need:
- Experience of procuring, implementing and embedding technology projects and programmes
- A track record of delivering projects in both Waterfall and Agile delivery methods
- A background in successful project implementation
- Experience of the whole project/programme lifecycle, from initial definition, approval, conceptual design, detail design, delivery and test, to go live and through life support
- A degree level qualification
- A project management certification
