Design Engineer (Electrical)

£35,000 - £40,000 + Training + Security + 33 days holiday

Excellent opportunity for a Design Engineer with electrical and electronic experience to join a well-established company offering expert training, job security and a challenging and varied role.

Based in Bristol, this expanding market leader are looking to add another Design Engineer to their exceptional research and development team. There is expert training on request for individuals who want to develop technically, complete job security and an appealing holiday package.

In this role you will oversee the design, installation and verification of all the electrical systems fitted to the company's existing and future road surveying products. Using electrical CAD to design components for their systems, ensuring all electrical systems are fitted correctly to their product as well as adhering to IET wiring regulations.

The ideal candidate will be electrical/electronically qualified at either degree level or NQV level 4+, have an excellent understanding of electrical circuits, competent in electrical CAD design and has experience specifying DC & AC power systems.

This is a great role for a Design Engineer to join a market leader where your technical ability will be developed and challenged daily.

The Role:

*Design and install electrical systems

*Specify electrical power systems

*Manage and oversee the electrical side of the product

The Person:

*Electrical/electronically qualified at degree level or NVQ level 4+

*Have an excellent understanding of electrical circuits

*Electrical CAD Design experience
