Product Development Manager (Power Tools)

£35,000 - £45,000 + Bonus + Progression + Training + Benefits

Are you a Product Development Manager from a power tools background looking to take on a lead role within a globally recognised company who offer clear scope for progression, specialist training and fantastic company benefits?

You will lead the product development team ensuring the introduction and development of products run efficiently. With a background in power tools or manufacturing, you will offer technical support to clients, R&D and the purchasing team to maintain and improve products from design phase through to completion.

The company are a global leader in the design and manufacture of a wide variety of electrical products for a variety of markets. This role would suit an ambitious individual looking to play a key role in an industry leading organization, as they look towards expansion plans and a profitable future.

This role would suit a Product Development Manager from an engineering or manufacturing background, looking for a varied and rewarding position.

THE ROLE

*Introduction of new Products in accordance with company requirements

*Manage products from conception, through launch, to discontinuation.

*Proven record of managing all aspects of a successful products / product lines throughout their lifecycle

THE PERSON

*Background in power tools, engineering or manufacturing

*Previously worked in a product development position preferably management

*Experience serving international markets/customers.
