Munich | permanent position

You are responsible for…

* creating, adapting and optimizing the technical product documentation

* writing customer specific application stories and testimonials

* the development of messaging to position the company and products in line with the marketing strategy

* generating marketing content to support online and offline marketing campaigns

* researching and documenting technical facts

* creating new articles for international press distribution in cooperation with the technical departments

* planning and executing a communication plan for social media channels

* coordinating and organising translations

Your profile includes:

* education with a (technical) journalistic background like industrial engineering, journalism, marketing, etc.

* at least 2 years of experience in Marketing and/or PR

* work experience in technical writing of software documentation is desirable

* the ability to grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable to the intended audience

* the knowledge to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail

* Strong working knowledge of MS Office, ideally with experience of content management systems

* excellent skills in English (mother tongue level) and German spoken and written
