PMO Administrator / Project Support Officer

We require a PMO Administrator / Project support officer for a market leading company in Bradford.

Day Rate: £150 - £250 per day dependent upon background

Contract Duration: 3 Months initially with a strong possibility of extension

We require a Project administrator / Project co-ordinator for a market leading organisation who are currently engaged in multiple high profile programmes. The programmes are cutting edge technologically.

The projects are very business change focused and we are looking for someone with a background in PMO administration or project support working on business change projects.

You will have an extensive background in supporting project managers / programme managers ideally within a PMO function supporting with planning, documentation and supporting general project administrative duties and responsibilities.

*You will be responsible for documenting meetings and devising action plans

*Updating project management documentation

*Supporting with procurement documentation including raiding Purchase Orders, contract documentation and other relevant administration to support the Project / programmes

*Using Microsoft office suite and Sharepoint for project documentation

Key Skills

*As a project administrator / Project coordinator you will be competent with the Microsoft office suite particularly word, excel spread sheets and power point presentation skills and use of sharepoint.

*Extensive background in project support, PMO administration

*Background as a project coordinator supporting change projects
