Job Title: Lead Change and Transformation Project Manager

Pay Rate: £600 - 660 p/d

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Length: 6 Months Contract

The Role

Spring Technology's global client based in Cambridge are looking for a Senior Programme Manager / Director to support the Tax Transformation Programme. The Senior Programme Manager is accountable for determining and delivering the full programme of solutions to approved budget and schedule commitments whilst meeting required quality and compliance standards. Focus areas include stakeholder management, risk management and tracking of business benefits.

Accountabilities

*Oversee, drive and approve plans for projects / programmes, including activities, resources, costs, roles, responsibilities and quality as defined by the Tax Transformation Project Methodology (ADF Waterfall)

*Manage and coordinate project / programme budgets, forecasts, tasks, schedules, risks, change management, and status to support effective decisions and project reporting to stakeholders and review boards.

*Manage and coordinate interdependencies between projects and programme workstreams (intra-program and across portfolio).

*Responsible for managing key project checkpoint and control board meetings, communication of status, issues, risks.

*Drive effective risks and issues management, ensuring processes are in place and effectively used. Ensure problems resolved and escalate as appropriate.

Knowledge / Experience

*Strong Progamme Management Skills

*Deep knowledge of Financial Management and Benefits Realisation.

*Project Management experience of leading global project teams, working in a global organization where stakeholders and project team members are geographically dispersed.

*Strong practical experience of working with external suppliers and solutions and hand-on experience of working in a multi-source environment.
