Trainee Recruitment Consultant, City of London, £20,000 - £23,000 Basic & rising in your first year after milestone targets + an industry leading uncapped commission structure expected OTE of £45K first year & year round incentives such as trips to Miami, Ibiza, Morocco & New York.

Due to excellent market growth, we are looking for an ambitious Trainee Consultant to join our specialised team in our London offices. With opportunity presenting itself contantly within this team, you can gain valuable experience and progress in any of our global offices. We are able to provide you with excellent earnings, market leading training through our Frank university and relocation options to cities such as San Francisco, New York, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Melbourne and Singapore.

* Hard working & highly driven Graduate caliber candidates

* 6 months Sales, Business Development or Business-to-Business experience is a bonus but this is not essential

* You should be of a positive, confident & enthusiastic nature with excellent communication skills

* You must be hard working, prepared to work long hours and you must be comfortable cold calling both candidates and business clients over the phone.

Most importantly however, all graduates must have a genuine passion to work in a fast paced, target driven sales environment. In this role you will be responsible for the development and growth of both client and candidate relationships in the market you are assigned to and in order to succeed you will be given industry leading / award winning training in all aspects of sales, recruitment & head-hunting in a first class career development plan.
